Elle s’accompagne d’un coffret dans lequel se trouve un buste miniature d’André Citroën (fondateur de la marque éponyme), un engrenage à chevrons (premier investissement de M. Citroën qui deviendra par la suite le symbole de la marque) et un arrière-plan faisant référence à la ville de Paris.
