La Miura est un modèle automobile du constructeur italien Lamborghini, produit de 1966 à 1973. Il s’agit de l’une des premières voitures de série dotées d’un moteur central-arrière. Elle est devenue un des modèles majeurs de l’histoire de l’automobile. Cette voiture est le fruit du travail de l’ingénieur Gian Paolo Dallara, arrivé en 1963 dans la firme au taureau, et du designer Marcello Gandini, jeune ingénieur-designer du carrossier Bertone.
Moteur transversal central arrière V12 développant 350 CV, vitesse maxi : 280 km/h. à 100 km/h en 6,7 s.
