In 2003, the UAZ Hunter replaced the family of the UAZ-3151 model range. Four years later, UAZ released the Hunter Classic model, which outwardly resembles the legendary UAZ-469. Despite the multi-stage modernization over the years of production, the legendary UAZ Hunter has retained its main characteristics - unsurpassed cross-country ability, high reliability and simplicity in operation and maintenance.
In February 2015, to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory, the UAZ Hunter "Victory Series" was released. The year 2017 was marked for the UAZ Hunter model by the release of the “Jubilee version”, a distinctive feature of which is the presence of a “ceremonial uniform” in a three-color design, white 16-inch wheels, a tailgate and a nameplate on which the name of the “Jubilee” special version is presented and serial number of the car.
In total, since the launch of the serial production of the UAZ Hunter, about 2 million vehicles of this model have been sold, both in Russia and foreign countries.
