The Lotus Esprit. A car that is used in many films. Also the original to the present model. In the film "For Your Eyes Only" this vehicle has an appearance.

The designs for the body shape of the Esprit came from Giorgetto Giugiaro. The first performance took place in 1972 in Turin. During the three years between the presentation of the prototype and the start of production, however, the original design was constantly improved and adapted.

Engine:
The Lotus had a comparatively "small engine" despite its fast appearance. Only with the V8 model, this changed.
Nevertheless, the Esprit was a very fast sports car.
2.2 liter capacity with 4 cylinders and 16 valves, power 218 hp

To the model:
The model is already a bit "older" and was implemented very well by AUTOart. Compared to today's models are some "drawbacks" to make, but it can still keep up very well with today's models.
The paint is perfect and the gap is very small. The interior is nicely detailed. The engine could be a bit finer designed and struts in the front and rear hood would be desirable. But this is also due to the "age" of the model and does not disturb the very good overall impression.
