The BMW M3, he is considered by many as the best BMW ever.
The first M3 series was first presented at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt (IAA) 1985th He actually served as a homologation model for the German Touring Car Championship (DTM) and based on the famous series E30. The demand from the outset but so great that he was prepared and sold in far greater numbers than originally planned.
1986 the first BMW M3 was produced as standard, which was manufactured at the BMW subsidiary BMW M GmbH.
Had the spoilers at front and rear as well as the sills and wheel arch extensions actually a benefit and improved aerodynamics and directional stability.
Engine: 2.3 liters, 4 cylinders and between 195-220 hp. (Today almost "standard" in many vehicles, but for 1985 top class and in the context of vehicle weight and handling even today still Top!)

The model:
Minichamps has once again delivered good work. The gaps are minimal, the paint top and executed the details very well. The model is, as usual with Minichamps, quite heavy in the hand.
All doors must be open and close well. Minus points are the lack of carpet in the interior and the holder, respectively. the hinge of the bonnet. This stops only by their weight up front, here a handrail or prototypical hinge would be nice.
Otherwise, the overall impression is just great.
