Between 1954 and 1957 the elegant Jaguar XK140 was built. Compared to its predecessor, the type XK120, many elements were adopted, purely externally, the two types look very similar.
There was now, however, a continuous push rod with horns, and the interior was somewhat larger, since the battery was no longer in the passenger compartment.
Engine: 3.4 liters displacement, 6 cylinders and 190-210 hp power. This was sufficient for 200 km / h.
The model:
Simple but beautifully designed model of the company SunStar. Although the engine can not be equipped with (more expensive) models of e.g. AUTOart or Minichamps, but it is well done. The interior scores with very nice replicated seats and a dashboard in noble and very well made wood optics.
The paintwork is very good and the overall impression is great.
