BMW M4 GT3 EVO #32: Bathurst Winner 2025 in 1/18 scale
The collectible shown from the Modelly collection of “neophyte1410” is the BMW M4 GT3 EVO with race number 32, which was used at the Bathurst 12 Hour 2025. The model is based on the racing version of BMW’s 4 Series generation G82, which has been built since 2020. As a GT3 car, the BMW M4 GT3 EVO succeeds the BMW M6 GT3, which was active in customer racing from 2016 to 2021. The EVO version got aerodynamic and technical updates for the 2025 model year. These include revised headlights, an updated front splitter, changes to the rear wing, and tweaks aimed at making it better for long-distance racing. The model shows the low front end, the large BMW kidney grille, the widened fenders, side skirts, diffuser, and the tall rear wing of the GT3 race car. This is a model car in 1/18 scale, made by SPARK.
This modelcar in the collection of neophyte1410 is one of currently 39.022 registered models on Modelly!
The BMW M4 GT3 EVO is based on the production M4, but it’s been heavily modified for GT3 regulations. The engine is a 3.0-liter inline-six with twin turbocharging, and depending on the series and track, it can produce around 500 to 590 horsepower under Balance of Performance rules. Power goes through a sequential six-speed racing gearbox with paddle shifters, and the drive is sent to the rear wheels. The technical package includes an FIA safety cage, integrated air jacks, a central refueling port, racing ABS, traction control, and adjustable racing suspension geometry. The body uses lots of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic parts. Noticeable features include the air outlets on the hood and over the front wheel arches, which help guide airflow and reduce pressure in the wheel wells. The large rear wing creates downforce and can be adjusted for different tracks. These details are reflected on the mini model through the air openings, hood pins, and wing elements.
Bathurst 12 Hour 2025 win with Farfus and the van der Lindes
At the Bathurst 12 Hour 2025, the BMW M4 GT3 EVO from Team WRT with number 32 won the endurance race at Mount Panorama Circuit in Australia. The driver lineup was Augusto Farfus, Sheldon van der Linde, and Kelvin van der Linde. The 6.213-kilometer (3.9-mile) track combines long full-throttle sections, elevation changes, and tight parts over the mountain. The section between Skyline and Forrest’s Elbow is especially demanding because of car balance, visibility, and traffic from slower classes. The win was also an important result for the BMW M4 GT3 EVO in its first season after the EVO update.
GT3 races and drivers of the BMW M4 GT3 EVO
The BMW M4 GT3 EVO is used in GT3 racing around the world by factory teams and customer teams, including the Intercontinental GT Challenge, the GT World Challenge, the Nürburgring Endurance Series, and 24-hour races. Even the original BMW M4 GT3 scored results at endurance classics and national championships; the EVO version was mainly developed to improve durability, race setup, and aerodynamic efficiency. Alongside the Bathurst winners, drivers such as Marco Wittmann, René Rast, Raffaele Marciello, Dries Vanthoor, and Charles Weerts have driven BMW GT3 race cars in international competition. The concept allows different chassis, aero, and electronics setups within the rules. That makes the BMW M4 GT3 EVO suitable for sprint races as well as events lasting several hours, where tire management, brake cooling, and pit stop strategy are a big deal.
SPARK BMW M4 GT3 EVO #32: livery, decals, and collector’s edition
The photos show a dark base color with fine diagonal gray lines. Over that, there are areas in light blue, dark blue, red, and white spreading across the hood, roof, fenders, and doors. The large BMW M logo on the hood and the M colors are the main graphic element. The number 32 appears on the windshield banner and in white number panels on the doors. You can also see the markings of BMW M Motorsport, WRT, Pirelli, Meguiar’s, Endless, and Skechers. The base identifies it as the Bathurst-winning car and lists the driver lineup. The 1/18 scale model from SPARK is a diecast miniature with separately attached mirrors, windshield wipers, hood pins, antennas, wheels, and rear wing supports. The proportions, low front end, and detailed printing give the model its clean racing look. Limited edition: 1 of 600 pieces worldwide.
